Casa Azul is rented as a three bedroom house, by the week, Saturday to Saturday.

All rates are subject to availability.

Deposits: We require a 50% deposit upon booking and the return of our rental agreement. The balance is due three weeksprior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is for a full refund less $100 cancellation fee only if the Villa is re-rented.

Arrivals & Departures: Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. We will accommodate Sunday arrivals and departures only during the off-season and at a premium of $50.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults and 2 children (under 12).
